well, children, it’s high time you saw our new abode. except i don’t have any pictures of the inside or the front yet, but anyway! last sunday we had a big cleanup party to get rid of all sorts of gross matter in the backyard.
will furiously sweeps out our alley (our house is on the left, and several Duquesne guys live on the right but we still haven’t met them!)
pirate wench amelia, a most fearsome garden dweller!
devon, ever chivalrous, hoists a bucket of table, which was previously unchopped and rotting on the patio and is now chopped and rotting in a landfill somewhere.
our view!!!
pirate wench amy empties out the foul-smelling planters.
family dinner! we had fat tuesday’s skinny red bean stew over rice, and our own concoction: Buried Treasure! from left: me, nick, tim, amelia, will, devon.
it’s gorgeous today and we sang all kinds of triumphant music in church, including all the verses of “crown Him with many crowns”! the bishop paid his annual visit to Calvary and preached on Christ’s transforming power. all around, it has been a good day so far…
awesome pics!!! so cool to see where you’re living now… i WISH it was gorgeous here- well, i suppose you could call it gorgeous if you love drizzling downpours….

there’s a difference between being ready to answer somebody’s questions and ramming the answer down the throats of previously-unquestioning people… I think.
can’t wait for you to call me… i’m going to be out of town that weekend, so maybe (maybe?) sunday… but I start my new job on that monday too, so… it might not work for me to come see you.
oh well…such is grown up life, i suppose.
