i forgot to mention that my favourite part of running at dusk is being accompanied by the yellow-green glow of fireflies darting through the trees. and last night i took a different trail and ended up at a little league game! maybe sometime i’ll slip onto the bleachers and pretend one of the kids is my little brother.

also, i’ve seen this couple running through the park a couple times now on my way to duquesne in the morning, and i’ve decided i want to be them when i grow up. one runs with their yellow lab and one runs with the jogging stroller, and every once in a while they trade off. what a way to start the day!
